　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

　　Ensure the working environment is clean, organized and safe for employees at all times. Understand and ensure team complies with all safety policies and basic safe work practices.

　　Understand and enforce all company policies as they apply to the area of responsibility.

　　Oversee and drive all production-related activities to ensure customer expectations and business goals are met.

　　Understand monthly production plans / weekly schedules and allocate resources accordingly.

　　Identify obstacles to achieving business goals and provide solutions or seek assistance.

　　Responsible for the coordination of all departmental training including employee cross-training.

　　Maintain excellent communication and working relationship with all departments within the company.

　　Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Mfg Operations.

　　Education and Experience :

　　Associates degree in a technical field preferred.

　　Minimum 2 years manufacturing supervision preferred.

　　Previous supervisory experience in an Engineer-to-order environment preferred.

　　Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S and other world-class manufacturing concepts a plus.

　　Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

　　Proven leadership skills/experience (ability to drive and motivate)

　　Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

　　Strong organization skills

　　Professionalism a must

　　Team Player a must

　　Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude a must.
