Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a Senior Vice President of Healthcare to lead our Healthcare Vertical. Your role will be hybrid in nature and will report to our Global Head of Air Logistics. You will be responsible for the development of relationships with our customers, and act as the driving force in the execution of our long-term Healthcare strategies. Your role will be an integral part of our growth strategy, and the impact of your role will be felt across the organization worldwide.

　　Your Role

　　As our Healthcare Vertical lead, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our Healthcare customers and associated businesses across all our regions and business units. Maximizing our customer value will be key in this role as you will leverage your subject matter expertise with our different healthcare related units here at Kuehne+Nagel. With ‘beyond year’ business development at the forefront, you will provide holistic vertical oversight, financial leadership, customer focused operational performance interventions, and deliver new innovative solutions to solidify our position as a market leader in healthcare freight forwarding.

　　Your Responsibilities

　　You will manage a small global team focused on championing the customer viewpoint, focusing on service excellence, global implementations, and customer experience

　　Deploy and develop our 5+ year Healthcare Strategy roadmap, exhibiting your exemplary subject matter expertise to pivot and grow based on business needs

　　Build Healthcare capability, reputation, and understanding of value creation of the Healthcare vertical both internally and externally

　　Align and support Healthcare Business Development, creating a shared vision and structure for all Healthcare related teams, to develop growth plans for existing and new customers

　　Set expectations and ensure alignment across Business Unit and Regional stakeholders to resolve any budgetary issues, ensure correct investment, and risk mitigation plans

　　Knowledge of and adherence to internal healthcare guidelines, procedures, and minimum requirements as defined in our global healthcare policy

　　Your Skills and Experiences

　　Vast industry experience in Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare

　　Strong experience planning, facilitating, and executing long-term Healthcare strategies at a global level

　　Expert in direct customer contact and strong knowledge of the supply chain industry

　　Ability to travel at least 30%, nationally and internationally
