　　Raytheon Polska is seeking a candidate to assist with in-country accounting activities for Poland Patriot, a complex, international program.

　　Interested candidates must have experience in accounting and financial management with demonstrated knowledge of business drivers. Critical knowledge or prior experience with international operations of a US company are desired.

　　The Patriot Poland Accountant is a key member of the Finance team. This employee will partner with the team to provide financial support to Raytheon Polska, a wholly owned subsidiary of RTX.

　　This position may require 1 to 2 international business trips per year.

　　Responsibilities to Anticipate:

　　Perform accurate and timely processing of invoices for payment through internal accounts payable system and cash transactions.

　　Oversees the maintenance of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, tax payments, and income.

　　Compiles and analyzes financial information used to prepare reports, make general ledger entries, and review and verify accuracy of journal entries.

　　Interface with local tax preparer, Deloitte, for all monthly and annual tax requirements.

　　May design, modify, install, and/or maintain general accounting systems to provide records of assets, liabilities, and financial transactions to Deloitte.

　　Monitor purchase orders with local vendors to ensure timely payment and adequate funding.

　　Support Raytheon Polska Business Manager with special projects and workplace process improvements and/or generate innovative solutions.

　　Perform ad-hoc analysis and general reports in support of the subsidiary.

　　This position is a hybrid role working remotely and at our Warsaw office. The selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience.

　　Previous experience/knowledge of Polish Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Polish Tax regulations, and generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

　　Experience in providing financial and business support to decision making process to all levels of the organization.

　　Required fluency in English and Polish

　　Qualifications We Value:

　　Previous experience/knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

　　Ability to work under pressure in a team environment to meet reporting deadlines

　　Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-focused solutions

　　Demonstrated ability to prioritize concurrent requirements and accommodate numerous stakeholders

　　Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal successfully in dynamic environments
