Press Break Operator

　　($20-$28/hr)

　　We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. The role involves the setup and operation of Accurpress Press Brakes, focusing on one-off, set-up intensive projects. The ideal candidate must excel in machine programming, be capable of inspecting their own parts, and perform various machining operations, including contour milling, boring, threading, and facing.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Setup and operate Accurpress Press Brakes.

　　Program at the machine and inspect your own parts.

　　Perform machining operations per job routings.

　　Read and understand blueprints, job routings, and tooling instructions.

　　Interpret tooling instructions, cutting speeds, feed rates, and tool selections.

　　Read and comprehend M & G codes, speeds, and feeds.

　　Skills:

　　CNC operation

　　Setup expertise

　　Machining proficiency

　　Blueprint reading

　　Sheet metal fabrication

　　Press Brake operation

　　Inspection using calipers and micrometers

　　Qualifications:

　　Must Haves:

　　2+ years of Press Brake experience or sheet metal certification.

　　6+ months of setup experience.

　　6+ months of programming at the machine.

　　Nice to Haves:

　　2+ years of programming/drafting on Press Brake.Experience Level:

　　Intermediate Level
