Accountabilityincludes employee safety, environmental compliance and reporting, product quality, schedule attainment, and departmental productivity. Responsibilitiesinclude departmental and employeegoal setting, measurement of performance using common metrics, implementationof improvement actions, communication of results on a daily, weekly, and YTD performance, and cost management skills.
