　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　The Nursing Supervisor represents hospital Administration and as such serves as the delegated agent of the hospital administrative team and is invested with the authority of the same on the assigned shift. Responsible coordinating and evaluating management and clinical practice activities throughout the Medical Center during the off-shifts including weekends and holidays.

　　EDUCATION:

　　BA/BS degree.REQUIREMENTS:

　　Current Registered Nurse license

　　Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required

　　Prior supervisory or management experience preferred

　　ACLS required

　　Critical care experience preferred

　　Successful completion of all Orientation Programs.
