TEKsystems is partnering with a client in in search of a Sr. Banking project manager with MA experience.

W2 12 month contract, 100% remote. Must have financial services and MA. This role is on the business side.

Define structure for strategically critical initiatives and develop and manage a comprehensive plan for successful product launch

Responsible for planning and overseeing strategically critical product initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the company's long term objectives.

Orchestrates workflows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model.

Partners with product and platform leads to develop the business case, scope the work, and ensure alignment on vision and strategy.

Organizes and enables collaboration and partnership across cross-functional teams, with internal and external partners, executes on architecture product driven initiatives.

Drives or assists in communications on strategic initiatives to help drive consensus, achieve clarity, solve business problems and mitigate risks. Provide oversight process guidance for activities.

Facilitate and drive decisions from key stakeholders around financials, scope, risks and dependencies.

Partner with product leads and platform leads to develop the business case and ensure alignment on vision and strategy

Provides leadership and guidance’s to teams/business units where there is no clear organizational ownership yet defined or where products/technology is not yet institutionalized or adopted.

Drives or assists research and/or brainstorming sessions; helps promote a culture of innovation within the department. Translates ideas and concepts into an executable projects.

Mentors and assists more junior team members

Required Skills:

Mastery of program and project management disciplines, including development of program/project plans, assessment and mitigation of risk, effective meeting management and tracking actions and issues.

Must have program or project management certification (PMP or PgMP).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills.

Organized, detail-oriented and efficient.

Comfortable with ambiguity.

Ability to influence at all levels, driving and adapting to change in a proactive and positive way.

Digital and Payments experience is a plus
