  Job Description Primary Function of Position:

  As a member of the People Services global team, Data Services Analyst, People Services will play a key role in the delivery of global HR reporting and data services to business customers, HR and other enabling functions. This position will provide world class customer service for reporting and data services. The Data Services Analyst, People Services will work collaboratively by building strong relationships that foster trust and accountability across the organization in support of the company mission, vision, and core values. This will be achieved by contribution to identification, prioritization and delivery of HR reporting, data compliance, data controls and audit services. This role will actively participate in providing support for questions pertaining to HR employee data, systems and processes as well working closely with HR compliance and internal audit to ensure the necessary controls and audit processes are in place.

  Roles and Responsibilities:

  Monitor the global queue of data services request cases to schedule and deliver on new requests while ensuring service delivery levels are being metBuild SOP and implement for defined monitoring and audits for integrations, data compliance, data integrity, reporting compliance, and all other in-scope data activitiesExecute regular audits of HR data and partner with other HR leaders to research and problem solve complex business data issues across all HR functional areas to ensure data integrity and SOX / regulatory compliance.Audit reports leveraged for delivery on regulatory required reporting on employee data: pay equity, AAP, EEOC, I&D data, etc. as part of the implemented SOPExecute on data services requests including mass transaction updates, complex transaction support, deletion request processing, and all other data auditing, monitoring, and governance related casesLead and deliver on data governance support activities for People Systems and People AnalyticsManage compliance and regulatory data services and delivery in addition to providing data support to the Compliance COE and Internal Audit teamsData monitoring notification configuration and maintenance for triggered alerts based on trend rates and other factorsContribute to building strong understanding of HR data and reporting, including importance and reliability of HR data within HR function.Contribute to communication and training on data quality standards and compliance.Execute adherence and compliance to Data Privacy and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)Contribute to various HR Projects as needed. Qualifications Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  Minimum Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Human Resources, Computer Science, or 7 years of experience in HR best practices, reporting and key HR processes understanding in a multicultural environmentMinimum 3+ years of experience in HR SOX compliance and of regulatory required reporting on employee data: pay equity, AAP, EEOC, I&D data, etc.Demonstrated experience and knowledge of data collection processes including the manipulation and analysis of information, governance, and compliance.Understanding of the HR function end to end right from candidate sourcing to attritionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their expectations for HR reporting and internal control are met.Ability to contribute to development or modification of HR compliance policies and procedures.Demonstrated ability to work independently, initiate and identify solution whilst prioritizing work and meeting deadlinesExcellent organizational and oral/written communication skills.Experience with systems like Oracle Fusion, Workday, Tableau, etc.Experience with SQL preferred but not required #LI-Hybrid
