　　Job Description Primary Function of Position

　　Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Mexicali is growing. We’re looking for an employee communications team member to grow with us! In this role, you will partner with internal clients to create and execute employee communications plans supporting our Mexicali Manufacturing Operations facility. This position will join a high-performing international communications team and report to the Supervisor, Employee Communications.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　Develop and execute the employee communications strategy for our Mexicali Manufacturing Operations, using communications best practices effectively tailored for an hourly workforce.Create and manage content strategies for a range of communications channels including the intranet, digital signage, newsletters, and more; ensure a consistent pipeline of compelling content aligned with Intuitive brand standards.Produce and edit a range of multimedia content including photography, videos, print materials and other written and visual communications; translate (English to Spanish) and localize corporate communications.Provide event promotions and day of event coverage, including photography and videography.Act as a key advisor, working with functional clients to craft communications plans that meet their business objectives; create self-service templates.Measure and track the impact of all communications campaigns and create dashboards and report-outs.Provide design and video editing across the global team as needed. Qualifications Requirements

　　To thrive in this position, you should have:

　　Excellent written and spoken Spanish language skills; strong written and spoken English language skills.Demonstrated familiarity with other countries/cultures.Stong graphic design, presentation design, photography and video editing skills; samples required.Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.Ability to think strategically, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments, solid project management skills.Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic or multimedia design, or equivalent work experience. – 3+ years of related work experience; familiarity with communicating to an hourly workforce (e.g., manufacturing workers) preferred.
