Description We are in search of a PC Technician to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be tasked with providing technical support and maintenance to our computer systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as supporting our networking systems. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure PC hardware and software in accordance with company policies.

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting EO/IR systems.

• Utilize Dell Technologies for system updates and enhancements.

• Provide deskside support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of PC systems.

• Utilize Microsoft tools for system administration and support.

• Maintain and manage Active Directory systems, ensuring user access control.

• Support networking systems, maintaining connectivity and network access.

• Participate in system deployments, ensuring efficient roll-out of new systems.

• Utilize knowledge of operating systems for system support and troubleshooting.

• Implement configuration management procedures for system consistency and efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in Dell Technologies is essential

• Experience with EO/IR systems required

• Familiarity with Microsoft software and systems

• Understanding of Networking principles and practices

• Knowledge of various Operating Systems

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Expertise in Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Ability to manage Deployments effectively

• Experience in Deskside Support
