No matter where they work or who they are, we trust their individual skills and qualities and give them everything they need to reach their full potential.Our Leaders are focused onbuilding customer centric strategies, inspiring, empowering and developing associates, adapting to change, and driving organizational efficiencies to deliver results.What you will do:Administrative position in Credit Services Group assisting in the daily functions and operations of the departmentAnswering phones, data entry and customer service.Setting up job accounts, processing lien notices and lien releases, providing trade referencesProcess credit applications, setting up new accounts, and customer file maintenancePossible light collectionsOther duties as assignedWhat You Will Bring:Some accounts receivable, collections and/or sales tax related experience preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer skills, intermediate skill level on MS Word and ExcelSelf-Motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently and team orientedExcellent organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritizeAbility to handle a different range of personalities in a professional and courteous mannerAbility to work independently and team orientedPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:Office environment is mainly seated at a deskHeavy phone and computer useUsual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be requiredRequires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendanceSalary & Compensation:This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtimePay is $19/hour - $20hour, DOE.Why work for North Coast?
