Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for US and Canada employees.
Review and validate approvals and calculations for bonuses and other special payments.
Analyze and verify payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with Human Resources department to ensure accurate employee data.
Effective and timely communication on employee email, phone calls and/or Workday Cases.
Maintain accurate payroll records.
Ensures withholding orders are accurately set up and communicated to the employee.
Verify taxing jurisdictions for employees are accurate in the system.
Set up and understand payroll related tax jurisdictions.
Review and audit multi-state tax jurisdictions and allocations
Performs audits for potential issues.
Provide support to other departments with reporting and audits.
Reconciliation of annual W-2 and T4 reporting.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in payroll end to end processing.
Global Payroll experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Collaborative team player with the ability to effectively interact with multiple working styles and work across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in using payroll software or systems. Preferred experience with Workday and ADP WFN.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Base Pay Range
The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
