Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Manager in Denver, Colorado. This role involves managing payroll operations across various global locations, with a primary focus on the US and other international regions. This position will be based in a hybrid workplace model. International and domestic experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the payroll team, ensuring efficient operations across different regions. • Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency and consult with international teams to align the payroll processes. • Utilize systems such as Rise Payroll (for the US), CloudPay (UK), and ADP for taxes, experience with any large ERP system is beneficial. • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations across different regions, including Domestic and International Payroll. • Oversee full cycle payroll processing, including bi-weekly payroll. • Handle payroll functions for multiple states, ensuring accuracy in records. • Manage and resolve any payroll inquiries from employees in a timely and accurate manner. • Maintain accurate customer credit records and take necessary actions for any discrepancies. • Monitor customer accounts and process customer credit applications. • Collaborate with the UK team to align payroll operations and processes. • Demonstrated knowledge in Compliance

• Experience in Full Cycle Payroll

• Familiarity with Domestic Payroll

• Ability to manage Payroll across multiple states

• Understanding of Payroll Functions

• Certified Payroll Compliance detail oriented preferred

• Knowledge of Payroll Law

• Proven ability to process bi-weekly Payroll

• Experience in International Payroll is a plus
