　　BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven person to join as  Taxes & Fixed assets Analyst our Italian Technical Center in Orsenigo ( CO ).

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Fixed assets roles & responsibilities:

　　Maintain local and US GAAP list of assets

　　Provide guidance regarding assets capitalization

　　Prepare adjustments Statutory to US GAAP (IFRS16 included)

　　Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.

　　Work closely with the other departments in tracking project costs in comparison to their budgeted projections.

　　Conduct periodic reviews of the fixed asset schedule to determine dispositions.

　　Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger.

　　Run depreciation for all fixed assets.

　　Prepare internal and external audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries.

　　Review and preparation of monthly financial statements.

　　Assist in the preparation of budgets.

　　Collaborates directly with other departments.

　　Taxes roles & responsibilities:

　　Coordinate with external tax advisors the monthly tax returns submission

　　Ensure US GAAP and statutory tax postings

　　Manage statutory tax audits.

　　Education & Experiences

　　Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent culture ;

　　5 – 10 years of experience in similar role ;

　　Experience with SAP ;

　　Strong Excel skills ;

　　Advanced analytical skills ;

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills ;

　　Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills ;

　　Availability to travel ;

　　Fluent in English .
