　　Title: Project Management Analyst II

　　Grade: 09

　　Location: Belgrade, SRB

　　Project Management Analyst will manage project development from initiation to closure. The individual will be accountable for project results along with the project sponsor. Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed. Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders. Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members. Resolve any issues an solve problems through the project life cycle. Effectively manage the project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved. Track and report milestones and provide statis reports to the sponsor. Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution. Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion. Ensure effective handover from test to production. Take responsibility for preparing the Project Initiation Document. The candidate will need to have advanced Excel knowledge and analytical skills.
