　　Job Description:

　　Provides basic patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Adult, Medical/Surgical, Pediatric, Geriatric, Telemetry and SCU.

　　Qualifications:

　　Required:

　　Iowa Certified Nurses Aide or recent course completion and passing test scores within 6 months of hire dateMaintains valid licensure/certification/registrationHigh school diploma or GED.Completion of C.N.A course if currently in high school.

　　Preferred:

　　Health care experience within the last five years preferred
