Description

　　Boutique Downtown Minneapolis firm is hiring for a Paralegal -The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of general litigation experience and will be familiar working with medical records.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

　　Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.

　　Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible.

　　Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner.

　　Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

　　Assist in trial preparation, including witness coordination and document management.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　2+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred, not required)

　　Proficient in legal research, document drafting, and case management.

　　Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

　　Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
