Description/Job Summary

　　Reports to Plant Manager.

　　Produce the highest quality product meeting the customer specifications.

　　Follow all plant and safety policies, SQF (Food Safety), THM and Housekeeping.

　　Continually inspects and monitors quality according to customer specifications. When product is out of specification notify Operator/ QC Technician or Sr. Lead.

　　Ensure finished product is packaged and labeled properly for shipment.

　　Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.

　　Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.

　　Responsibilities/Duties

　　Complies with all written and verbal safety rules, SQF (Food Safety) and procedures.

　　Keeps all assigned work areas clean and safe.

　　Reports to line operator on production status.

　　Responsible with line operator for meeting or exceeding production standards.

　　Must learn to read and understand production instructions.

　　Must learn to understand and fill out production ticket correctly.

　　Must learn bag, print and packaging quality checks.

　　Must learn packing table control panel and operate controls correctly.

　　Monitors production and packaging equipment and operates in accordance to instructions.

　　Must learn and perform proper packing, stacking, and labeling techniques.

　　Must learn proper cutting and lifting techniques and perform each safely.

　　Must learn basic knowledge of bag making process and be able to explain.

　　Pass all Master Training courses with minimum score of 80.

　　Any other duties or responsibilities as deemed necessary by Sr. Lead/ Supervisor.

　　Preferred Experience

　　Previous production experience

　　Mechanical aptitude preferred

　　Preferred Education High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required Qualifications

　　Good oral and written communication skills.
