  OVERVIEW

  The Bulk Loader Operator is responsible for the loading and shipping of product by truck & rail car.

  DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  Performs Syrup Station liquid rail switches and Bulk Loading rail switches

  Transfers sugar into AR Bins for Bulk Loading

  Recovers distressed transfer scrolls

  Identifies scroll faults within Wonderware & determine corrective action

  Performs HACCP checks; Prepares & retrieves samples as needed

  Records proper seals & documentation within truck scale system

  Performs necessary business unit housekeeping tasks to include using Powered Industrial Equipment to support housekeeping tasks

  Performs other assigned tasks as necessary

  WORK EXPERIENCES

  Experience operating Pay Loader, forklift, and Rail Engine required

  Must be able to demonstrate proper truck & rail car sealing

  Must be able to properly work load scale system

  Must be able to demonstrate ability to use “peer verification” inspections for Truck & Rail loading compliance

  Experience read and operate truck loading scale system, & Wonderware terminal required

  Must be able to understand the principles of screen sizes and how it relates to sugar within Bin Tower for Bulk Loading

  Must be able to operate railroad switches on company premises to include track identification

  Must be able to perform all tasks in accordance with established quality & safety absolutes

  Must be willing to work nights, weekends, rotating shifts, holidays and overtime as needed

  Must be able to work indoors and outdoors and to constantly walk, climb, and stand

  Must be able to climb ladders and wear proper PPE and fall protection where required

  High school diploma or GED equivalent required
