　　Robert Half is seeking a skilled and motivated Contract Construction Litigation Attorney to support a boutique DC Law Firm. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. Ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years of Construction Law.

　　Handle a caseload of construction litigation matters from inception to resolution.

　　Conduct legal research and analysis on construction law issues.

　　Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

　　Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

　　Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on construction-related issues.

　　Requirements

　　Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

　　Admission to any U.S. Bar

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing construction law.

　　Strong knowledge of construction litigation processes and procedures.

　　Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
