We’re looking for a Oracle Cloud Project Manager to develop client relationships, drive customer success, and grow our support revenue.
What we are looking for
5+ years IT project management experience, in B2B environments.
Experience in delivering large scale IT projects and, preferably, experience in delivering Cloud solutions.
Experience in delivering projects for external customers or third parties is desirable.
Demonstrates in-depth understanding of customers' industries and core business processes, and their technical business needs.
Evidence of delivering projects via a proven Project Management Methodology.
Experience in escalation management, risk management, issue management and change control.
Ability to build significant long-term relationships with key customer contacts and members of the project team.
Extensive customer "face-to-face" experience at middle or executive levels. Solid industry experience/knowledge.
Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator.
We also use
PRINCE2 / PMP and standard ITIL Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities
What you will do
Lead the delivery of Customer Success Services across Oracle products, both on premise and in the cloud. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop an account strategy, and set out how ACS can help them meet their goals.
Grow customer relationships and influence executives
Develop a service delivery plan that maps customer needs to ACS results
This is a Project Manager role, working on various Managed Cloud Services projects, for Oracle customers.
The primary role of the team is to manage complex IT infrastructure projects and programmes for our customers in EMEA, following standard methodology and best practices in project and programme management.
This is an opportunity to be part of a complex project management team, delivering Managed Cloud Services projects and working alongside experienced technical and customer management teams.
Set value proposals that support our customers’ return on investment
Lead project delivery, issue management, and change control
Monitor and improve results, revenue, margin
Be a customer advocate, communicating the client position while managing expectations
Recognize and develop business opportunities for the sales team to pursue
Understand your customers’ industry, business, technical needs, and project objectives
