　　United Prairie Bank is hiring an Operations Specialist in our Service Center department. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, located in Mankato, MN.

　　Job Overview:

　　This position will assist team members in supporting all areas within the Operations Department. The primary focus will be providing cash management support including maintenance review, completion of annual reviews, customer support and troubleshooting. In addition, you may provide support to the call center when needed. You will provide administrative support, project assistance and research inquiries upon request.

　　Qualifications for this Opportunity:

　　High school diploma or GED (Required)

　　2+ years of banking experience (Preferred)

　　Computer proficiency with Fiserv and Microsoft Office applications.

　　Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

　　Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.

　　Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
