　　Hiring for Spring of 2024 start date

　　The Boat/Snowmobile Parts Specialist is responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of stock and special order parts needed by our technicians and customers.

　　Pay: $15-$18 per hour based on experience

　　*Saturdays required

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Order, receive and stock inventory; maintain computer records; resolve ordering discrepancies

　　Sell needed parts and accessories to customers, as walk-ins or by appointment; recommend new items as appropriate

　　Research and order parts as requested by Service Technicians, for the purpose of repairing vehicles and units

　　Search catalogs and electronic resources for part numbers and prices; compare products and negotiate as appropriate

　　Pack and ship parts as requested

　　Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock rooms and retail store areas

　　Gain knowledge of inventory to efficiently assist customers and answer questions

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma

　　Previous experience working in a parts department helpful

　　Previous experience with automated inventory system helpful

　　Job Skills:

　　Ability to work in a collaborative team, in a fast-paced environment

　　Experience in following verbal and written guidelines to perform job functions

　　Physical and Environmental Conditions:

　　Talking and listening, walking and standing, repetitive hand motion, using hands to grasp, pushing, pulling, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching with arms/hands, are required.

　　Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently, to move objects.
