Closets by Design Franchising is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems with Franchisees located throughout the U.S. and Canada. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator, to help support the growth of our franchise system.  The Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Sr. Operations Manager. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills are required.  We are looking for a candidate who is able to learn computer software programs quickly and will embrace learning company procedures for the purpose of teaching others “how we work”.  This position requires occasional travel, approximately 20 – 25% of the time.  Essential Duties and Tasks: * Learn and master the operations of our business to become able to train franchise owners and new staff members on proper operational flow * Become proficient with our proprietary client management software program so that you can train franchise owners and answer questions    * Conduct Operational Standards Reviews and provide results to franchise owners and internal management * Audit reports within our software program on regular basis * Validate monthly reports against database for accuracy * Analyze and report performance against benchmarks * Document system updates & projects for internal communication * General administrative responsibilities (prepare meeting materials, create presentations, etc.) Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelors degree preferred * Franchising experience is a plus * Must have strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and an ability to learn new computer programs quickly * Detail oriented and able to deliver comprehensive work * Ability to work well with others and collaborate across departments and with outside vendors * Strong, effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills * Must be able to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment   This is a Full-Time position, located in Garden Grove, California. No relocation assistance is provided.
