The Project Manager 3 will collaborate closely with vital managerial stakeholders, architects, subject matter experts, and compliance staff to develop Operational Technology projects and program initiatives. The PM will work with project teams to draft and execute OT project plans; create and track schedules and budgets; facilitate and coordinate project activities; and track, monitor, and provide detailed status and milestone reporting for multiple designated projects. Forecast and recommend/request appropriate project resources to fulfill project needs Collaborate with internal business units and Performance Managers to resolve resource allocation issues. Schedule and facilitate project team meetings. Recommend an overall roadmap of efforts required to achieve program initiatives and project objectives. Provide recommendations regarding project expectations, approaches, roadmaps, work plans, deliverables, and goals. Draft project plans, resource strategies, and funding estimates required to advance each assigned project Obtain appropriate authorization for any potential project cost, schedule, or scope changes. Organize, coordinate, and facilitate the work of project teams and serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects, including recommending project stages and assessing business implications for each stage. Monitor the progress of assigned projects to track timelines, milestones, deadlines, standards, and targets, alerting the appropriate manager of any obstacles or potential delays Coordinate activities for assigned projects that enable goals or objectives to be met within the prescribed time and funding parameters Address and navigate politically sensitive issues collaboratively and professionally. Provide background information, technical input, options, and recommendations for project decisions Issue project status reports on a regular or as-requested basis. Maintain consistent communication with project sponsors, performance managers, and clients on the progress of the project vis-a-vis the work plan. Draft a final project report, including project "lessons learned," for management review Take a proactive stance on project risk management: Anticipate and identify potential areas of risk and obtain guidance Track, monitor, and facilitate the resolution of issues and risks identified within the projects and compliance-related dependencies.
