　　Respond to customer inquiries on order status

　　Role Purpose:

　　Provide status on customer orders

　　Provide tracking information on customer orders

　　Set-up new customers in the AS400 / PRMS

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Knowledge of AS400/PRMS Order Entry & Billing Section

　　Knowledge of UPS & FedEx Tracking Software

　　Experience in telephone etiquette and protocol

　　2 years experience
