　　PACIFIC COAST BUILDING SERVICES, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR AN

　　OFFICE INTERN

　　POSITION TYPE: Part-Time, Hourly

　　LOCATION: Sacramento, CA

　　WAGE SCALE: $18.00-$22.00

　　RESPONSIBILITIES :

　　Assists with Accounts Payable

　　Placing orders for materials and supplies as needed by various Alcal locations

　　Follow up with Vendors and Alcal Locations regarding Purchasing questions and discrepancies

　　Receive and Verify Order Confirmations

　　Maintain material order logs

　　Maintain Vendor discrepancy and issue logs

　　Various other administrative duties as assigned

　　Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

　　Other duties may be assigned.

　　QUALIFICATIONS :

　　Must be attending school or a recent graduate

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

　　Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.

　　Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.

　　Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier and Digital Scanner.

　　Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications, SAP Easy Access, and Adobe Professional.

　　Regular attendance is required.

　　Valid CA driver’s license
