What you will be doing You are responsible for all eChannelsegment client invoicing, including tax exempt and special projectclient activity. You manage invoice disputes as well as the credit andadjustment processing for both clients and vendors. You work with ouroffshore team to generate monthly reports as well as developrevenue/expense accrual generation. You assist the Operations Specialistwith Inventory and Procurement Administrative Tasks. Ensure the timelyand accurate monthly invoicing of our clients in support of theirtechnology product procurement activity. Manage the purchasing ofproduct to maintain adequate inventory within our fulfilment operation.Audit, Track and Process Vendor Invoices for Management Approval Workwith the Team to develop monthly Revenue and Expense Accruals forFinance.
