　　Job Description

　　Join our team in Zephyrhills as a Commission Route Driver CDL with ReadyRefresh in Miramar, FL.

　　Pay: $54825 / year + uncapped commission potential

　　Schedule: Monday Friday, 1st shift, Day Shift, 6:30 am start time until workload completed

　　This position offers uncapped commission earning potential with residential, commercial, and retail customers in your assigned territory. Our drivers also receive customer tips.

　　We are looking to add to our troop of RSR Commission Eligible Drivers. What does that mean to you and what will you need?

　　You need to have a clean driving record

　　You need to be able to work in all kinds of weather while working out on your own with limited supervision

　　A passion for sales with a customer service driven focus (obtaining new account sales, upselling, and managing existing accounts is a key element to this position)

　　Servicing our customers is hard work, and you will need to be able to climb in and out of the truck 30-40 times per day and carry product that can weigh up to 45 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

　　You will get way more than your recommended 10,000 steps in a day, with plenty of water to keep you hydrated during the day.

　　Most importantly, you need to have a professional image and demeanor. We'll provide the cool uniform and truck

　　Qualifications

　　Other important stuff to know and job requirements:

　　Must be 21 years of age or older and have ability to obtain a DOT medical card (DOT requirement)

　　Ability to secure and/or maintain CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement

　　Meet every customer individual preference by delivering the right product, in the right amount to all customers at the scheduled delivery times and days, maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts including cash and receipts

　　Fulfill customer orders to maintain proper customer inventories and respond promptly to all special service needs and requests

　　Use a business owner’s mindset to drive growth, identify and close new accounts, particularly in the UDS (up-and-down-the-street) channel including convenience stores, small independent groceries, bodegas, etc

　　Fully develop new and existing accounts while adhering to pricing and promotion guidelines

　　Monitor competitive environment to understand and leverage sales opportunities

　　Operate vehicle (CMV) in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices and complete DOT required documentation daily

　　Take ownership of personal safety, and that of co-workers and the public

　　A clean driving record means in the last 3 years, that you've only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident.
