  OBGYN Physician (Obstetrics/Gynecology)

  Opportunity for an OB/GYN physician to join Layton Parkway Women's Health, in Layton, Utah. We are a team of five physicians and five certified nurse midwives, working together in a collaborative, busy, progressive practice. Get to know us here.   Typical weekly schedule anticipated to be 3 days in clinic, 1 in OR.

  Call is taken restricted in-house and shared with the group, with an annual expectation of 40 24-hour shifts (3.3 per month). We sign patients out to one another, allowing for true work-life balance.

  Da Vinci Robot available on site

  Located on campus of Layton Hospital, our facility was newly built in late 2018, with a state-of-the-art labor & delivery unit, averaging just under 150 deliveries per month. Level II NICU on site, we also have MFM support available via telehealth 24/7. Our hospital stays up to date on the latest best practices and trends in obstetrics and gynecology.

  Qualifications

  Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

  Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license, or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

  U.S. ACGME Residency

  Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification

  Layton is located at the base of the Wasatch Mountains and is within a day’s drive of five national parks. The area boasts of its breathtaking mountain views and access to skiing/snowboarding (9 resorts within 60-75 min drive, including Snowbasin - site of the 2002 Olympic Downhill). There is no lack of summer activities either with several water recreational locations close by, Pineview Reservoir, Willard Bay, Ogden River Parkway, and the Great Salt Lake. Within minutes of leaving Layton Hospital you can find yourself mountain biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and rock climbing. There are outdoor activities for all ages, affordable real estate, and our family-oriented community supports diverse interests for all cultures.

  The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  $7.25 - $999.99
