Job Description

　　Responsible for managing internal and external processes related to network development, to improve the efficiency of processes and support the rapid growth of the business. Assist in drafting and modifying process related materials (including but not limit to different kinds of applications forms and leadership reporting materials), help forming effective cooperation mechanism with internal Legal/Finance/Tax/Purchasing/Real Estate/Compliance teams and maintaining smooth communication and cooperation with external business partners. Coordinate internal process communication and collaboration among various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective interdepartmental cooperation. Monitor and track the progress of ongoing processes, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to network processes, contract management, and landlord negotiations. Assisting in implementing relevant methods (e.g. checklist, fast lanes, framework contract) to enhance performance in the role. Assist in managing all network procedures and contract/agreement maintenance. Working with finance team to conduct financial performance review and improvement for the operated stores.
