The NNP isinvolved with the education of nursing staff, residents and students.Including: Maintains credentialswith procedural privileges through themedical staff officesat WMH and OMH. Maintains Neonatal NCCcertification Participates in multidisciplinary mortality and morbidityrounds Participates and coordinates as needed in research activitieswithin the NICU. Provides procedural support to the ED fornewborn/infantcode blue. Qualifications: Displays a positive attitude aboutthemselves, work and staff. Possesses excellent communication skills.Meets all necessary competencies within 6 months of hire. Possessescomputer skills.
