  Opportunity

  As a Program Manager with Kohler Home Solutions, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the strategic direction and management of a newly developed dealer marketing program. Being a critical role to the business, the ideal candidate will have proven experience building, managing, and growing successful marketing programs. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and dealer customers to drive program participation, profitability, and performance. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of successfully managing programs.

  Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic program goals with execution of plans, promotions and forecasts at a vendor and dealer level. Drive program ownership and accountability with close coordination with Sr Channel Manager(s) - Lead Generation to develop profitable plans that support business KPIs.

  • Proactively monitor program performance and pacing to ensure accuracy of forecast at a program and dealer level.

  • Grow and retain dealer participation in the showers program. Through data, differentiation and value, influence dealer investment in the program including marketing/service territories and lead sources.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual review of program performance at a dealer/vendor level leveraging milestones and metrics for presentation to business leadership.

  • Coordinate weekly lead report communication and distribution to vendors, dealers, and internal stakeholders. Answer and investigate any inquiries.

  • Proactively review vendor/campaign/dealer performance pacing to ensure adherence to monthly budget parameters.

  • Participate in recurring meetings with vendors. Support Sr Channel Manager with data as needed.

  • Lead bi-weekly dealer calls, presenting and preparing relevant information including leads reports, billing, or inquiries.

  • Responsible for program billing and budget management. Prepare accurate and timely monthly billing reports. Review vendor billing reports, confirming campaign accuracy. Communicate monthly billing reports to analytics, finance, and dealers.

  • Develop internal processes to drive program accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

  • Support a test and learn environment, work with Sr Channel Manager(s) to develop a plan for testing, investing, and resting.

  • Coordinate with analytics team to build relevant reports, dashboards, or communication tools to support program management.

  • In conjunction with Kohler Co. IT, upholds the integrity and security of customer data, meeting all Data Privacy and Security requirements.

  • Accurate and timely management of multiple and competing priorities to achieve the best outcome for the organization.

  • Awareness of competitive, industry, external factors, and disciplines.

  • Displays initiative to remove obstacles.

  Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, project, or program management field preferred.

  • 3 – 5 years of proven experience in business, program coordination or marketing.

  • Demonstrate experience building and maintaining internal processes and organization.

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, proficiency with Salesforce.

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite as well as Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Must be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Must support and foster collaboration between associates and business partners to drive business results.

  Travel

  Travel to business partners, advertising agencies and/or dealers home offices, approximately 5-10%.

  Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

  The salary range for this position is $110,050 - $140,200. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
