About Navy Client Relationship Executive

  ARServices is seeking a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) with proven success growing new business in the U.S. Navy. This includes deep understanding and existing relationships within the Navy to includes NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, Strategic Systems, NETC, NAVFAC and several PEOs. As the CRE, you will be responsible for directing and managing several pursuits simultaneously, accepting ownership and accountability for the proposed solution maturation through our Corporate Business Development Process to include teaming and strategies for compliant, compelling, and winning proposals. In addition, you will:

  Build trusted advisor relationships with key client executives through content-driven discussions aligned to the client's priorities,

  Identify and influence key decision-makers within the client organization,

  Translate requirements into robust win strategy; test and validate solutions with customers, advance value proposition and differentiated bid elements based on compelling features and benefits.

  Gather pursuit/program intelligence to assess competition, evaluating strengths and threats to differentiate ARServices against competitors.

  Drive corporate teaming and direct our technical solution through final proposal submission,

  Demonstrate ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time sensitive and often multi-tasking environment.

  Requirements

  Prior service in the U.S. Navy highly desired.

  Experience in relationship building that increases account penetration and builds a qualified pipeline of opportunities with new and existing clients

  Demonstrated, sustained ability and reputation of winning complex, prime contract awards in support of federal government clients with values in the range of $25M - $150M single-award deals

  Demonstrable understanding of federal procurement acquisition process, contract types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ - single or multiple award contracts), as well as payment types (e.g., FFP, T&M, cost plus) is expected

  Bachelor’s degree plus 15 to 20 years or more of related experience

  U.S. Citizen who has or is eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
