Pay range: $26.00 - $27.50 / hr

　　Responsibilities:

　　Ensure that “World Class Service” is provided to customers and provide “hands on” assistance and information to customers of Grand County, Colorado.

　　Organize and route trips based on schedule and location to ensure optimal performance including managing run pullouts, reassigning trips, and adding new trips to runs throughout the course of the day

　　Answering phone calls to assist public

　　Record and report all incidents and accidents to the applicable manager

　　Document and report provider no-shows or on-time-performance issues

　　Ensure schedule compliance

　　Make optimal use of company operating systems for the purpose of monitoring, dispatching, and improving on street service to the customers.

　　Monitor and enforce system for compliance with State and Federal regulations, Company policy.

　　Ensure a safe environment for the operation of service.

　　Generate accurate operational records for the purpose of reporting and analysis.

　　Ensures that duties are confined to operations only, and any deviation from operational duties must be authorized by senior management.

　　Perform day-to-day dispatch services

　　Provide feedback on drivers’ performance

　　Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed and/or assigned

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　1 year of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience preferred

　　CDL Required.

　　Excellent phone demeanor and customer service skills

　　Ability to work independently

　　Excellent verbal, interpersonal, judgment and problem-solving abilities

　　Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, e-mail, and/or database software preferred.

　　Basic computer skills are required.

　　Must be able to read a map and possess knowledge of the service area.

　　Must be able to work flexible hours.

　　Must be hospitable, guest/customer service oriented, and be willing to serve the needs of passengers.
