MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

　　Master's Degree in higher education, education, or a closely related field.

　　Ten (10) years of full-time experience in the field of education.

　　Five (5) years of full-time supervisory experience.

　　Must live in or be willing to relocate to Natchez, Mississippi, or the surrounding area.

　　PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENT:

　　Earned Doctorate in higher education, education, or a closely related field.

　　Previous higher education teaching experience 

　　Previous full-time, higher education, administrative work experience 

　　KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES JOB REQUIREMENTS:

　　Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of instruction, curriculum, and accreditation.

　　Skills: Written and oral communication skills, Office computer skills.

　　Abilities: Ability to supervise and motivate people from various backgrounds.

　　The work environment is an office setting with moderate noise. 

　　While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
