  What You Will Do

  The Mobility Strategic Sales Manager will be dedicated to working with the Strategic and Regional Direct Sales team in prospecting, closing, and assisting in the facilitation of closing large accounts across the US and Canada that are not currently customers of TTM. In this role the MSSM will assist the primary sales rep in the overall strategy on how to position TTM in these opportunities to win net new logos. This role does NOT own the overall sales responsibility this is the role of the RSM or SSM, this is an overlay role where the expectation that this person in this role is an "expert" in how to sell and position our Mobility products in the market. This will require that the person in this role will have a great understanding of the competition and our products and offerings and how to differentiate us against the competition. Primary Responsibilities include:

  Assist the team in exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and shipment goalsIncrease Market share within the accountsMaintain product and service margin through contract negotiationsManage expenses effectivelyMaintain an accurate and timely forecastBuild a robust pipeline through prospecting and networkingStrategically identify account needs for each account and effectively utilize internal resources to move the account through the pipeline life cycle; including evaluations when necessaryBuild multiple relationships within each account to maximize PeopleNet exposureDemonstrate thorough understanding of the transportation industry, the issues facing transportation operators and the solutions that On Board Communication providesUpdate all information, correspondence, and data fields in NetSuite (CRM System) on a continuous basisTravel 75% of the time while maintaining a professional company imageWhat Skills And Experience You Should Bring3+ years experience in Technology and/or Transportation sales.Extensive training in solutions selling, negotiations, and technology sales.Demonstrated success as a top sales performer, consistently exceeding quota.Self-starter with experience and desire to acquire new business.Able to travel 75% travelPreferred Skills And ExperienceBachelors or Master's Degree is preferredCompetitiveTelematics & ELD Market ExperienceHighly Motivated-

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
