  Basic Purpose: The Quality Control Manager is responsible for running the daily activities in the Quality Control department. The QC Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Quality Control policies, procedures, and the Quality Management System as it relates to the ISO 9001 standard. The QC Manager will have a great span of control, and lead a team of quality control Supervisors and Coordinators across a multi-shift operation. The main objective will be to monitor and audit product quality throughout the printing, finishing, insertion, and fulfillment process. Initiates, documents and monitors corrective actions to ensure products satisfy clients' needs and expectations. The Manager must ensure all Service Level Agreements with Broadridge Clients are met in the most cost efficient manner without sacrificing the quality of the products.

  Understanding the Vision of Quality Management model, which includes supporting Sr. Leadership and peers in other locations to standardize quality practices, and streamline procedures across sites.Drive results by motivating and inspiring others. Creating a shared vision, and sense of pride in work that the quality team is performing.Foster a Great Place To Work, with an emphasis on recognition, and Broadridge culture.Coaches, counsels, motivates, develops, supports, encourages and instructs associates with a main focus on development and succession planning.Providing constructive feedback, holding the team accountable, and leading courageously when requiredResponsible for meeting staff and labor cost requirements with a focus on the cost of quality.Support audits, ISO 9001, and Quality Management System initiativesConducts regular staff meetings for the purpose of cascading information, and communicating changes in procedures and client requirements.Work with Production leadership to ensure Quality processes and procedures and being met in an effort to get something right the 1st time. Support trainingDevelop and implement procedural changes that have a positive impact on quality and efficiency.Participate in Corrective Action Report (CAR) root cause analysis, and the reduction of client facing issues.Utilize Quality Support survey results to identify potential development tools for the quality and operations teams.Responsible for interacting with the Client Service departments for the purpose of ensuring Client Expectations are met or exceededSupport new client onboarding and requirements gathering effortsResearch possible non-conformities and provide feedback to responsible departments.Provide senior leadership with quality related reports as needed.Preferred Qualifications: Min 5 years supervisory experience in a production/Quality Control environmentBachelor's degree preferredProven proficiency in analyzing problem areas and adjusting production schedules as requiredSkills/Competencies: Attention to detailInteraction with all levels of ManagementProficient in English; Spanish communication skills a plusExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong PC skills. Microsoft Office (especially knowledge of Excel including data entry, pivot tables, and basic formulas).Solid organizational and process management skills.Able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.Related work experience with strong time-management and interpersonal skillsAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerRequirements: Flexibility in work schedule that is based on Production volumes which could require weekends and holidaysPromote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge's policiesCompensation & Benefits:Bonus Eligible Salary Range: $65-80K depending on experienceBenefits: Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance. 401k w/ match, parental leave, and more.
