  $150,000 potential annual income!!

  What you will be doing as a BDC Manager:

   Oversee and coordinate the BDC team activities.

   Manage the incoming email and phone leads

   Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team

   Analyze statistics to identify areas of improvement

   Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

   Report on team and individual performance

   Train all BDC reps on handling customers and leads

   Maintain the CRM system daily

  What we are looking for:

   Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field

   Experience as a supervisor or manager

   Familiarity with CRM platforms

   Strong leadership qualities

   Ability to build rapport with clients
