　　Responsibilities

　　We depend on the knowledge and skills of our MLT’s when it comes to evaluating medical lab tests to determine what’s happening with our patients. They are vital to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Love working in a lab and analyzing results? Connect with us today!

　　Expectations:

　　Knowledge of the principles and practices of microbiology, biology, hematology, immunohematology, urinalysis and chemistry.

　　Knowledge of a clinical laboratory as it applies to the collection and processing of samples. Testing of samples, interpretation of results, and the communication of those results to appropriate personnel.

　　Knowledge of laboratory chemical and biological safety

　　Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment

　　We are offering a $5,000 Sign on bonus to hires who meet hire requirements. We also offer referral incentives as well as relocation assistance.

　　Qualifications

　　Graduated from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program or at least one year of experience in a clinical, analytical or environmental laboratory.

　　Registered (or registry eligible*) with a nationally accredited certifying agency (e.g. American Society for Clinical Pathology, American Medical Technology, etc.).

　　Pay Range

　　$17.04 - $23.43 /hour
