POSITION SUMMARY The Housekeeping Attendant serves as a member of theHousekeeping Department which ensures that guest rooms are clean,sanitized, organized, and welcoming. This is a year round position. Thisrole cleans and stocks guest rooms and common areas of the organizationin a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner, while ensuringcleanliness, d?cor and beauty standards are met throughout all Kripalufacilities. This role supports the Kripalu team and other departments inensuring the best-overall guest experience possible. The ideal candidateworks well and effectively with others, has a good work ethic, and takespride in the work they do. SCHEDULE This is a full time position,primarily weekends Available shifts. 7:30am to 4pm 3:00pm to 11:30pmACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES - Cleans, prepares, and details allareas of our guest rooms and dormitories, including bathrooms, makingbeds, and vacuuming - Picks up trash, disposes and recycles. - Vacuumsand dusts public areas. - Performs duties in accordance with definedsafety standards, MA Health and Safety Guidelines, and Close PersonalContact Services standards. - Performs duties in a manner that ensuresguest security, privacy, and confidentiality. - Reports any damage ormissing supplies in guest rooms, public bathrooms, or common areas tosupervisor. - Prepares cleaning carts and stocks closets. - Assists withcleaning public bathrooms; clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, walls, andfloors, re-stocking supplies. - Performs all other duties and specialprojects as assigned by management.
