This position will lead the Kimberly-Clark (KC) US media data (1P, 2P, 3P) strategy and drive adoption with governance. Additionally, this role will be responsible for building and leading effective partnerships in the media data space including providers, agencies & technology partners to drive acquisition, utilization, reengagement and retention of consumer data. This position is the primary contact for the vendor relationships in media data space & will also influence the strategic roadmap for Kimberly-Clark North America in partnership with global teams.
In this role:
Lead the Kimberly-Clark NA media data strategy (0/1/2PD) that encompasses the following -
Understand & influence K-C brand strategies along with their CX plan & translate them into media data priorities for KCNA.Cultivate an active backlog of media data strategy roadmap for KCNA, with inputs from key stakeholders like Brands, Digital Activation Leads (DALs), Integrated Channel Experts, Insights & Analytics (I&A), K-C global DTS (IT) team & external agency partners.Lead periodic assessment of media data landscape ( 0/1PD vehicles, 2PD partners, potential data enrichment partnerships, evolving identity resolution etc.) and recommend right strategic actions that unlock value for K-C NA brands.Be the owner of KCNA media data ethics, privacy & compliance.
Build & lead effective partnerships in media data space.
Identify, cultivate, execute and manage 2PD partnerships.Build strategic partnerships with media data providers, agencies & technology partners to drive acquisition, utilization, reengagement & retention of media data.Manage external partner relationships to ensure CX executions are operationalized flawlessly & with best-in-class industry benchmarks.Evolve K-C to be 'the partner of choice' by creating experiences for agencies / partnerships where they believe they can deliver their best work on K-C brands.Help shape value-exchange framework in the media data space with strategic external partners like consumer-facing platforms, non-compete manufacturers & retailers.
Lead 1PD strategy & deployment
Lead the 1PD acquisition strategy & delivery for media audience development, management & performance.Help ensure right internal processes, technologies and tagging deployment is in place to maximize 1PD acquisition through K-C's Owned Channels / Assets.
Drive KCUS media data adoption with appropriate governance -
Drive audience strategy development, optimization & measurement while collaborating with internal and external partners.Drive organizational support & advocacy for the KCNA media data strategy & priorities through effective communication & compelling use cases. Partners with external / internal teams (e.g., data science, analytics, global COE) using data for advancing the analytics maturity of the organization.Understand use-cases for media data across other analytics domains & facilitate the adoption, with accountability for adoption execution and success.Participate in KCNA cross-domain Data & Analytics governance to ensure accurate representation of needs associated with media data.
Data quality & management
Define key metrics to track overall quality of media data & success of data use. Track and report out metrics quarterly.Understand how media data flows through KCUS systems, processes, and tools - including how it varies across datasets and data types & take appropriate actions to enable the same to drive business outcomes.Be the primary contact for the operational side of data-source vendor relations.
Partner effectively with regional & global DTS (IT) / COE teams -
To drive consistent & harmonized efforts in building the right capabilitiesTo learn from best-practices in other K-C regions as well as external benchmarksTo shape the product roadmap / strategic priorities so that the KCNA priorities are reflected appropriately.
Build for future.
Develop business case and roadmap for building out the media data strategy organization to manage additional scope as media data maturity grows over time. Would involve our data priorities, ensuring data quality & accessibility, selecting right partners & holding them accountable for performance.Influence Brand GMs, DALs, I&A teams to drive product adoption & use cases roadmap.Will input KCNA priorities into global DTS / DCOE product roadmapsWill own the compliance of KCNA data strategies & personalization efforts to our legal & privacy policies

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree8+ years digital/programmatic media buying experience, consumer, brand or retailStrong background in digital media, campaign management, direct response practices with progressive analytics and insights experience in either Media, Retailer or Consumer Packaged GoodsOutstanding communication skill, customer service and proactive problem solvingA thorough understanding of 1P, 2P and 3P data tracking, pixels and digital marketing attributionStrong project management and organizational skillsTeam Player excited to work on a cross functional and growing team
Preferred:
Familiar with various media tools, including LiveRamp Identity Link; Safe Haven; Epsilon People Cloud; Trade Desk, DV360, Google Big Query and Google Marketing Platform
