　　UKG is looking for a Vice President of Product Management, Artificial Intelligence who will be responsible for the overall product strategy and roadmap for our AI solutions. This role operates as a senior leader within the Product Management Organization, leading all aspects of our HCM AI product strategy for our enterprise and mid-market solutions. This includes defining customer needs, developing product requirements, and working with engineering and data science teams to bring AI solutions/products to market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and how they can be used to solve real-world problems. They will also have a proven track record of success in product management, with a strong focus on customer-centricity and innovation in a fast paced SaaS company.

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Define the product strategy and roadmap for our UKG AI solutions across our market leading HCM and Workforce Management product lines.

　　• Work with engineering and data science teams to bring AI products to market

　　• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, staying on top of the latest AI technologies and trends

　　• Partner with the sales organization to build strong customer relationships and represent our AI vision and strategy with our strategic customers

　　• Be a speaker on AI at industry events and analyst briefings

　　• Partner with our product marketing teams to help define our go-to-market plans

　　• Lead a team of product management professionals with a focus on mentoring, growing and inspiring team members in their career journeys

　　• Track product performance and metrics

　　Qualifications

　　• Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and establishing a clear set of product principles and guidelines

　　• Demonstrated success leading and growing a team of product managers and senior product leaders

　　• Organizational leadership ability with strong relationship management skills across a wide variety of audiences including executive management

　　• Excellent communication skills

　　• A decisive leader with executive presence

　　• Strong technical skills to partner effectively with engineering

　　• 15+ years' experience in product management in SaaS applications

　　• Demonstrated success creating AI solutions and products

　　• BA/BS
