Job Title: Mechanical Fire Protection Engineer

Job Description

Design and develop mechanical and fire protection systems for various projects. Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate systems into building designs. Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications. Perform calculations and simulations to ensure system efficiency and reliability. Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in fire protection and mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical and fire protection systems.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Experience with plumbing design.

Knowledge of electrical engineering.

Expertise in fire protection engineering.

Understanding of civil and structural engineering.

Additional Skills Qualifications

1-3 years of experience with plumbing or fire protection.

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Fire Protection Engineering preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $48.00/hr.
