　　Roles & Responsibilities:

　　Acoustics Design Expert on any one product profile (Reciprocating Compressor, Steam Turbine & Gas Turbine) - Designer will be responsible for preparing mechanical calculation, acoustical analysis report, noise impact evaluation report, mechanical piping system analysis report,DYNAMIC & STATIC STRESSES ON PULS. SUPPR. INTERNALS, LOW CYCLE FATIGUE ANALYSIS., SUMMARY OF PIPING MODIFICATION ACCORDING TO ACOUSTICAL ANALYSIS for Turbomachines. He/ She will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. He/ She will be responsible for maintaining and incorporating new cost-effective solutions for designs. He/ She should be expert and responsible for designing of all/ some of the following;

　　NOISE IMPACT EVALUATION REPORT.

　　MECHANICAL PIPING SYSTEM ANALYSIS REPORT.

　　Cylinder Manifold.

　　Guideline for Support Location.

　　DYNAMIC & STATIC STRESSES ON PULS. SUPPR. INTERNALS.

　　LOW CYCLE FATIGUE ANALYSIS.

　　SUMMARY OF PIPING MODIFICATION ACCORDING TO ACOUSTICAL ANALYSIS.

　　ACOUSTICAL ANALYSIS REPORT; Perform Technical Reviews. Review process- 30%-60%-90%. Handhold, guide & mentor the team to improve technical competency of the team.

　　Drive Knowledge Management, Continuous improvement & Productivity improvement initiatives.

　　Competency/ Technical Skills:

　　5-15 years of Experience in Gas Turbine/ Steam Turbine/Centrifugal Compressor/Reciprocating Compressor – Designing in oil and gas/petrochemical/power sector.

　　Should be able to check of General Arrangement received by Manufacturing/sourcing

　　Tools skill: ANSYS ,Siemens NX, AutoCAD & Team Center

　　Should be able to prepare Project Scheduling, monitoring, and control, and maintain OTD and Quality of the Engineering documents, timely execution.

　　Desired skills:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

　　Experience in an engineering position for Vessels - Mechanical for Turbomachinery’s disciplines in oil and gas/power sector.
