　　Job Summary

　　The HQS Inspector is responsible for conducting HUD's quality Standards (HQS) physical inspections of rental properties participating in the Housing Choice Voucher program prior to approval of any lease and bi-annually to assure the owner/tenant is meeting his/her obligations to maintain the rental unit in a safe, decent, and sanitary condition.
