Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Coordinator for one of our top clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is a 6 month contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Event and Impact Report Creation: Take a lead role in crafting a comprehensive event and impact report that vividly communicates the accomplishments and contributions of our organization.
Partnership with Communications Team: Collaborate closely with the internal and external communications teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative that resonates with various stakeholders.
Project Management: Efficiently manage the end-to-end process of bringing the project to life. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and ensuring the project stays on track.
Info Gathering and Data Compilation: Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information, data, and stories to build a robust foundation for the event and impact report.
Event Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of events associated with the report, ensuring seamless coordination and a memorable experience for participants.
Content Strategy: Work on developing a content strategy for storytelling, understanding how to gather and present content that effectively communicates the organization's journey and impact.
Research and Planning: Engage in upfront research to identify key elements for the report, building a strategic plan to showcase the organization's achievements.
Cross-State Communication: Facilitate communication across our 10-state footprint, coordinating phone calls and ensuring effective dissemination of information.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing communications, particularly in the creation of impactful reports or publications.
Strong research and data gathering skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with event planning and execution.
Ability to develop and execute a content strategy for storytelling.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in cross-team and cross-state communicatio
