　　Salary:

　　The salary for this position traditionally starts at $31,668.00 per year but may be commensurate with education and/or experience.

　　A Day in the Life:

　　Inputting inventory feedback into PeopleSoft, completing packing slip process, and preparing items for pickup or delivery.

　　Authorize accuracy of all orders received in storeroom and authorizes all goods received.

　　Perform asset audits and asset updates within PeopleSoft asset management.

　　Evaluate and recognizes record keeping or storage procedures, as necessary.

　　Ensure proper storage procedures and rotation of stock for perishable items.

　　What You'll Need for Success:

　　Thorough knowledge of requisitioning and disbursing procedures, consumption rates of stored items and inventory control procedures.

　　Thorough knowledge of stock items, their locations, and the proper methods of storing a variety of goods and supplies based upon efficient space utilization and a variety of state and federal regulations.

　　Effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.

　　Practical knowledge of state regulations in handling and storing foodstuffs and perishables.

　　Ability to maintain detailed, accurate inventory and purchasing records.

　　Ability to operate forklift, hand-truck, and other mechanical equipment in warehouse.

　　Ability to work around Incarcerated Individuals when doing physical audit and/or cycle count of assets.
