　　THE OPPORTUNITY

　　We’re seeking a Clinical Specialist on a permanent basis to join our Trauma and CMF DePuy Synthes Team in the Brisbane Metro area, Queensland. As a key player in our organization, you’ll build trusted partnerships with HCP’s, endorsing the value and benefits of our product range. Whether you have experience in a similar role within medical devices, a nursing background, exercise physiology, athletics, pharmaceutical sales or you have an engineering background, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact and shape the territory’s future.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Provide support to the sales team and our clinical customers with highly technical data and product expertise.

　　Assist and guide theatre staff including surgeons and nursing staff in the correct and safe use of DePuy Synthes Joints Products.

　　Provide training & education to health care professionals.

　　Assist with the logistical requirements of the business.

　　Build and develop strong relationships with customers, external and internal.

　　Champion the team, the culture, and the brand.

　　Qualifications

　　Tertiary qualification in a health-related field with knowledge of the anatomy and physiology.

　　Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.

　　Aptitude for understanding technical devices and technology.

　　Comfortable working in a team environment, but also be extremely self-motivated when working alone.

　　Ability to perform under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
