　　Duties: Help with framing and installing roofing. Carry materials, load and unload trucks and lifts, cut materials, clean sites and other related Roofer Helper activities as per SOC/OES 47-3016 (onetonline.org). Employer to provide transportation to and from worksites in Albany (Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady-Troy) county, from designated location: 705 S. Pearl St., Albany, NY 12202.

　　Work hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm, 40 hours/week to ranging from $21.30-$22.30/hour depending on experience. Possible OT at $31.95-$33.45/hour. Depending on experience. To include lunch break. H&W benefits may apply. Cash advances may apply at the employer's discretion.

　　No education or experience required. Willing to accept a trainee. Employer will provide on the job training.

　　Must show proof of legal authority to work in the US. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone.

　　Perform physical activities such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 70 pounds (possible 2 person).

　　All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform the work described and must be available for the entire period and work throughout all areas of intended employment.

　　Outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours; occasionally in extreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate, possible downtime and or OT. OT not required or guaranteed.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
